How to use Title Optimizer?

​eBay Title Optimizer PDF report helps you improve your ebay item titles, for better performance on eBay search results.

Edit your item titles according to Title Optimizer insights, will help you get better exposure in eBay search results.

Download PDF report

  1. Check your Email and find a message from Title Builder.
  2. Click the Download PDF Report found in your Email.
  3. Open Title Optimizer PDF report file.
  4. Find each item title report and learn how to improve title performance. 

Tip: To get a Free Report, open sign up page and choose the Free plan.

Title Score 

  1. Review Title Optimizer PDF report.
  2. In the top right, see Title Score.

Tip: Title Score is on a scale of 1-100 (High score means a great title!)​ 
** Titles with score of under 70 needs your attention!

Keywords Score

  1. Find your eBay item you wish to review.
  2. In the bottom right, see each Keywords Score.
  3. Keywords with more stars preform better for your item title.

Tip: Keywords score is on a scale of 1-3 stars. 
More stars means keyword has higher search volume on items' category on eBay.​

Optimization Insights

  1. Find your eBay item you wish to review.
  2. In the bottom left, see a list of optimization insights .
  3. Follow the list suggestions to improve your title.

Tip: Insights are written in Green, Orange or Red colors.
It is recommended to edit your title according to orange and red suggestions.
